2. Spaces

Each space can start on a different day of your event. Booking the Main Ballroom includes the North Ballroom at no charge for the same dates.

3. Extra services

Coffee / tea: cups needed (all at once)

$60 per batch of up to 45 cups.

Linen tablecloths

$12 each.

Ice water service ($25 per day, unlimited refills) AV equipment: podium, projector, screen, mic ($55 per day) Assisted setup and teardown of tables and chairs ($1.25 per seated guest after the first 20)

A cleaning fee based on guest count applies to every event.

Multi-day and extra-space discounts are applied automatically. The following need a quick check by our team, so tick any that may apply and we will confirm.

Estimates exclude any applicable taxes and are not a reservation. Availability is confirmed by Bozeman Event Space. Alcohol events require a signed alcohol addendum and a certificate of event liability insurance.
